President Zelensky: Ukraine has done what seemed impossible over 100 days

Over 100 days since the Russian invasion started, Ukraine has stopped the ‘second army of the world’, liberated some of its territories, and continues to give a decent rebuff to the occupiers.

The relevant statement was made by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“100 days of our struggle. 100 days of unity and indomitable spirit. Over this time, the enemy has failed to achieve any strategic goal, trying to vent its powerlessness on civilian infrastructure and people. In these 100 days, Ukraine has done what seemed impossible, what many did not want to believe. We have stopped the ‘second army of the world’, liberated part of our territories and continue to give a decent rebuff to the occupiers,” the President of Ukraine wrote.

Zelensky expressed gratitude to everyone, thanks to whom Ukraine had withstood and had been defending what belongs to it for 100 days so far.

“We will win!” the President of Ukraine stressed.

A reminder that, on February 24, 2022, Russian President Vladimir Putin initiated a full-scale invasion of Ukraine, starting a war. Russian troops are shelling and bombarding Ukrainian cities and villages, torturing and murdering civilians.

As of June 3, 2022, the Armed Forces of Ukraine eliminated about 30,950 Russian invaders.
