Four Russian missiles completely destroy military facility in Lviv region

A military infrastructure facility in Lviv region, which was hit by four enemy cruise missiles in the early hours of Sunday, has been wiped out, while no casualties have been reported.

This was announced on Facebook by the head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration, Maksym Kozytskyi, Ukrinform reports.

"Four enemy missiles hit one of the military infrastructure sites in Lviv region. The site has been completely destroyed. According to tentative reports, there are no casualties. Nobody sought medical assistance," Kozytskyi wrote.

As the official later clarified, enemy missiles hit a military infrastructure facility in Yavoriv district, close to the border with Poland.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, a Ukrainian Air Force unit shot down two incoming cruise missiles over Lviv region. They were launched by the enemy from the Black Sea area, presumably by Russian submarines. The missiles were launched on May 15, at about 4:30 in the morning.
