Invaders set to issue Russian passports in occupied territories of Ukraine

Russian military-civil administrations take measures to prepare for the integration of the occupied territories of Ukraine into the Russian Federation.

"Russian military-civilian administrations prepare to integrate the occupied territories into Russia. This includes changes in the administrative-territorial division; adaptation of law enforcement, banking and border systems to Russian law; preparation of legal framework for the issuance of Russian passports, etc." Ukraine’s Defense Ministry Spokesperson Oleksandr Motuzianyk said during a briefing at Ukraine Media Center–Ukrinform.

He noted that Russian troops continued to deliberately destroy Ukraine's civilian infrastructure by launching missile and air strikes and shelling artillery on residential areas and infrastructure in Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Luhansk, Odesa regions, as well as border areas of Sumy region.
