Russian missiles hit Mykolaiv, no damage to residential areas reported

The Russian troops have launched several missile strikes on the city of Mykolaiv, but residential areas have not been damaged.

The relevant statement was made by Mykolaiv Mayor Oleksandr Sienkevych during a telethon, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“Yes, we have had missile strikes today. One more happened at 05:45 p.m. We do not have precise information on the impact location yet. But, it was not a residential area. Otherwise, I would have been informed so far,” Sienkevych told.

In his words, the data on missile strikes are collected so that they are not disclosed.

A reminder that, on May 7, 2022, four explosions were heard in Voznesensk District, Mykolaiv Region.
