Enemy again opens fire on Sumy Region from Russia’s territory

On April 25, 2022, Russian invaders again opened fire on Sumy Region’s Bilopillia community from across the state border.

The relevant statement was made by Sumy Regional Military Administration Head Dmytro Zhyvytskyy on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“The Bilopillia community. Tonight, our territory has come under provocative enemy fire from Russia. No casualties were reported,” Zhyvytskyy wrote.

A reminder that, on February 24, 2022, Russian President Vladimir Putin initiated a full-scale invasion of Ukraine, starting a war. Russian troops are shelling and destroying the key infrastructure facilities, launching missile and air strikes on Ukrainian cities and villages, torturing and murdering civilians.
