Air defense forces destroy three enemy UAVs, one cruise missile on Apr 20

On April 20, Ukrainian air defense forces destroyed four air targets of Russian invaders.

The Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said in a post on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

"On April 20, the air defense forces of the Land Forces and the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed four air targets of the Russian occupiers: 3 UAVs (Orlan-10); 1 cruise missile," the report says.

Due to unfavorable weather conditions on April 20, Russian invaders almost did not use combat aircraft in the areas of active hostilities. However, the enemy continues to use missiles and UAVs of various types.

The Air Forces of Ukraine continue to perform special tasks to protect the airspace and inflict fire damage on Russian troops

On February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the beginning of a full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Russian troops have been shelling and destroying key infrastructure facilities, conducting massive shelling of residential areas of Ukrainian cities and villages using artillery, multiple rocket launchers and ballistic missiles.
