Ukraine downs 13 enemy air targets on Apr 16

Ukraine’s Armed Forces have destroyed 13 Russian air targets over the past day.

This was reported by the Air Force Command on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

"On April 16, anti-aircraft missile units of the Air Force and the Joint Forces Operation forces hit 13 air targets of the Russian occupiers: a warplane, a helicopter, five unmanned aerial vehicles, and six cruise missiles," the statement said.

It is noted that Su-25 attack aircraft and Su-24m bombers, covered by fighter jets, provided fire support to Ukrainian troops in several strategic areas, inflicting powerful missile and bomb strikes on Russian invaders.
