The village of Rohan in the Kharkiv region was liberated from Russian invaders and is returning to life.

Oleh Syniehubov, the head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, wrote this on Telegram.

"Rohan was liberated from the Russian occupiers and is returning to life. Today, together with the deputies and the village head, we inspected the places of destruction and talked to the residents," he said.

Syniehubov showed photos of the destruction in the village - a kindergarten and a school with shells in the yards.

Rohan was captured by Russian invaders at the beginning of the war.

According to President Volodymyr Zelensky, 918 settlements in Ukraine, temporarily occupied by Russian troops, have been liberated so far.
