Zelensky presents state awards to SBU employees

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has presented employees of Ukraine's SBU State Security Service with state awards for their courage and dedication and the exemplary performance of their official duty in defending the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the state.

That's according to the website of the head of state, Ukrinform reports.

"We feel your protection of the Ukrainian state. I know that many officers and employees are now on the front line, performing important operations. But wherever you are, we are all defending the most important thing we have - our country," Zelensky said.

The president thanked SBU employees for their faithful service to Ukraine.

Since the start of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine has destroyed more than 20 sabotage groups and detained more than 350 saboteurs.
