Russian invaders fire on shelter for mothers and children in Sievierodonetsk

Russian invaders have shelled a shelter intended for mothers and children in the city of Sievierodonetsk, Luhansk Region.

The relevant statement was made by Luhansk Regional Military Administration Head Serhii Haidai on Facebook, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“Russian beasts again attacked children. In Sievierodonetsk, the occupiers shelled a shelter intended for mothers and children. Residents and employees of the facility are safe. Many mothers and children were hiding in this facility, but Russia caught them there too,” Haidai wrote.

In his words, there are no safe places in Luhansk Region anymore.

A reminder that, on February 24, 2022, Russian President Vladimir Putin initiated a full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Russian troops are shelling and destroying the key infrastructure facilities, launching missile and air strikes on residential areas in Ukrainian cities and villages, killing civilians in Ukraine.
