Russian invaders launched more than 50 attacks on Kharkiv over the past day.

"Over the past day, Russian troops launched more than 50 attacks on Kharkiv. At night, a missile attack was launched on one of the city squares. In general, since the beginning of active hostilities, the enemy has already fired cluster, vacuum bombs, cruise and Iskander missiles," Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Synehubov posted on Telegram.

Synehubov added that the humanitarian headquarters had distributed 17 railcars and two trucks of food, clothing, and medicines over the past day.

The region expects a "green corridor" from Izium to be opened. To date, Russia has not agreed on the opening, the evacuation of civilians is expected tomorrow.

On February 24, Russian president Putin announced the beginning of the invasion of Ukraine. Russian troops shell and destroy key infrastructure facilities, missiles hit residential buildings.

Martial law was imposed in Ukraine and general mobilization was announced.
