Seven dead people found under rubble in Kharkiv region over past day

In Kharkiv region, three people were rescued and the bodies of seven victims were removed from under the rubble of buildings destroyed by enemy shelling over the past day.

"On March 14, rescue operations continued in Kyivskyi, Shevchenkivskyi, Novobavarskyi residential districts of Kharkiv city, as well as in the Izium district of Kharkiv region. Three people were rescued from under the rubble. Seven dead bodies were found and removed," the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Kharkiv region posted on Facebook.

It is also reported that at night, at about 23:30, enemy shells damaged trade sites and residential buildings in Kholodnohirskyi district of Kharkiv city.

As reported, about 600 houses, 50 schools and healthcare facilities were destroyed by enemy shelling in Kharkiv.

On February 24, Russian president Putin declared war on Ukraine and launched a large-scale invasion. Russian troops shell and destroy infrastructure, conduct massive shelling of residential areas of Ukrainian cities and towns using artillery, MLRS, and ballistic missiles.

Martial law was imposed in Ukraine and general mobilization was announced. Ukraine repels Russian invaders.
