TV and radio broadcasting interrupted due to air strike on Rivne TV Tower

Television and radio broadcasting services have been interrupted in Rivne Region, as Russia’s air strike hit Rivne TV Tower.

The relevant statement was made by Rivne Regional Military Administration Head Vitalii Koval on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“As the television tower in Rivne Region was destroyed, TV and radio broadcasting services were interrupted,” Koval wrote.

Koval provided advice to local residents on how to follow the official news via alternative sources and assured them that regional authorities are making every effort to resume T2 and radio broadcasting services as soon as possible.

A reminder that, on February 24, 2022, Russian President Vladimir Putin initiated a full-scale invasion of Ukraine, starting a war. Russian troops are shelling and destroying the key infrastructure facilities, launching air strikes on residential areas in Ukrainian cities and villages.
