Russia declares mobilization in CADLR and Crimea – intelligence data

Russia has declared mobilization within the certain areas of Donetsk Region and Luhansk Region (CADLR) and Crimea.

The relevant statement was made by Chief of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry Kyrylo Budanov, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“The offensive operation has failed. In fact, they are lacking resources and forces to continue an attack. Now we can see new subdivisions being delivered from all over Russia and the so-called concealed mobilization. The entire population is being mobilized, unfortunately, from the temporarily occupied areas of Donetsk Region and Luhansk Region and annexed Crimea,” Budanov told.

In his words, Russia is also transferring the new subdivisions from the Eastern and Central military districts.

“Many subdivisions have been either destroyed or lost their combat capability at this point, and they are restoring their combat capability through these reserves. Also, through regrouping, troops are being enhanced in the directions, which are important to Russia,” Budanov noted.

A reminder that, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ukrainian defense forces are decently keeping the defense and repelling attacks by Russian invaders across all directions.
