Ukrainian radio launches broadcasting in occupied Crimea

KYIV, September 21 /Ukrinform/. The "Ukrainian Radio" project has been launched in the occupied Crimea. The radio waves from the mainland Ukraine will be available for Crimean residents at 8:35 and 18:30 from Monday to Friday.
Adviser to the Information Policy Minister of Ukraine Serhiy Kostynsky announced this on Facebook.
According to Kostynsky, the project was prepared for "the last six months of intensive work."
The radio programs will be available on medium wave (549 kHz).
The official presentation of the radio project will be held in the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on Tuesday.
