Kyiv to host Eurovision 2017

Kyiv has been pickup up to host the Eurovision Song Contest in 2017.

Results of the competition were announced today in the press center of the House of Government.

Six Ukrainian cities applied to be the host of the 2017 Eurovision: Kyiv, Dnipro, Lviv, Odesa, Kharkiv and Kherson. And only three cities, Kyiv, Dnipro, and Odesa, entered the final stage of the competition.

A reminder that Ukrainian singer Jamala won the Eurovision Song Contest in Sweden this year with her song 1944.
