Poroshenko congratulates residents of towns in Luhansk region on second anniversary of liberation

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has congratulated the residents of Severodonetsk, Lysychansk and Rubizhne on the second anniversary of liberation of the towns from the Russian-backed militants.
The Head of State posted this on Facebook.
"I congratulate the residents of Severodonetsk, Lysychansk, Rubizhne on the second anniversary of liberation from the Russian-backed militants," the President wrote.
He expressed gratitude to the Ukrainian soldiers, whose courage and heroism returned peace.
"I have made and will make every effort to liberate Ukraine from Russian occupation by political and diplomatic means," the President promised.
