The diplomats of the embassies of Canada and Ukraine in Poland jointly opened the exhibition of Ukrainian artist Taras Polataiko "War. Eleven Portraits" in Warsaw on the second anniversary of the Revolution of Dignity.

The exposition is located on the fence of the Embassy of Canada in Warsaw, an Ukrinform correspondent in Poland reports.

"Meanwhile the whole world is fighting terrorism, we must not forget that Ukrainians also oppose terrorism in Donbas and Crimea. Only the joint efforts of the entire democratic and civilized world can defeat terrorism in all its forms and manifestations," Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Poland Andriy Deshchytsia said at the opening ceremony.

The "War. Eleven Portraits" exhibition is the story of eleven people who suffered from the war with Russian occupiers in Donbas. The portraits were made in the Kyiv military hospital. Author Taras Polataiko told that some of them had been the activists of the Revolution of Dignity, had been injured and still had gone to the front despite their wounds.
