European Parliament can assist Ukraine in holding elections in occupied Donbas - Andrej Plenkovic

Chairman of the EU-Ukraine Parliamentary Association Committee Andrej Plenkovic says that the European Parliament is ready to assist Ukraine in holding elections in the occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
“We are ready to render any support and assistance, together with the OSCE, so that these elections, if they take place, can be held in safe conditions and so that safety for all participants in these elections can be initially guaranteed,” Plenkovic said at a meeting of the delegation of MEPs with Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
