Single Register of IDPs to operate in test mode next week

Deputy Social Policy Minister Vitaly Mushchynin announced this at a meeting with Manfred Profazi, the head of the IOM (International Organization for Migration) mission in Ukraine, the press service of the Government’s portal reported.

During the meeting, the partied discussed the results and plans for further cooperation with the IOM in the framework of projects aimed at support for the internally displaced persons.

The sides noted the importance of developing a common information database on IDPs within the scope of the EU funded project "Comprehensive Stabilization Support to IDPs and the Affected Population inUkraine", which was launched in a pilot trial on August 1, 2016.
