"Normandy format" may be blocked - ex-prime minister Marchuk

Negotiations in "Normandy format" can be actually blocked, and the transition to another format will provoke a pause in the settlement of the conflict in Donbas.
Ex-prime minister of Ukraine, former chairman of the Security Service, Army General of Ukraine Yevhen Marchuk said this during a round table in Ukrinform.
"There is a threat of blocking talks in the "Normandy format" due to actions of Russia," Marchuk said.
Marchuk added that it is necessary to implement the Minsk agreements, which are not independent, and which are tools of the "Normandy format".
