Too early to speak about lifting or easing sanctions against Russia - German Foreign Ministry

At the moment, there are no reasons to change the position regarding anti-Russian sanctions.
Representative of the German Foreign Ministry said this at a briefing in Berlin on Monday, an Ukrinform correspondent reported from Germany.
"Due to the situation in the east of Ukraine, we are far from that ... There are no reasons to lift the sanctions," the diplomat said.
As a reminder, German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier often repeated that talks about easing or removal of restrictive measures were possible only after tangible steps to resolve the conflict.
