The Foreign Ministry of Ukraine demands the Russian Foreign Ministry to let the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission enter the territory of occupied Crimea to provide an objective assessment of the situation on the peninsula.

"The Foreign Ministry of Ukraine appealed to the Foreign Ministry of Russia demanding urgently to provide safe and unimpeded access for the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission in Ukraine to the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol, according to the mandate given to the SMM, which was approved by the Russian Federation as well, in order to give an objective assessment of the situation on the territory , which is temporarily controlled by the Russian occupying forces," the statement says.
