Sergei Toropov appointed Russia's acting charge d'affaires in Ukraine

"Sergei Lvovich Toropov is the charge d'affaires in Ukraine," the press service informed.

As reported, Russian President Vladimir Putin had relieved Zurabov of his duties as Russian Ambassador to Ukraine.
