Men threw flares at Russian government representative office in Kyiv

Unidentified men wearing masks threw flares and smoke bombs at the Kyiv representative officer of the Russian Federal Agency for CIS Affairs, Compatriots Abroad and International Humanitarian Cooperation which is also known as Rossotrudnichestvo, Radio Liberty has reported on its Facebook.
The activists shouted "Happy Birthday, Sentsov." The corresponding graffiti appeared on the sidewalk in front of the building.
They also sprayed the number "40" in red paint on the facade of the building written. Ukrainian writer and director Oleg Sentsov, who is jailed in Russian Siberia, celebrated his fortieth anniversary on July 13.
