Police chief: the second phase of police reform has begun

National Police Chief Khatia Dekanoidze has stated that the police will be hiring people without previous experience in the law enforcement system, she said on the air of Espresso TV channel, Ukrinform reports.
"We open the doors for those persons who had not worked in the system before," said Dekanoidze.
According to her, the second phase of police reform has started. Now police are hiring for precinct officers and investigators.
