President Poroshenko appoints Ambassador to Hungary

Ukrainian President Poroshenko has appointed Lyubov Nepop Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Ukraine to Hungary, according to a decree published on the Ukrainian presidential website.
"I appoint Nepop Lyubov Vasylivna Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to Hungary," the document states.
Lyubov Nepop has the rank of Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Envoy of the first class.
