Russian court in Grozny sentences Ukrainians Karpyuk and Klykh

The Supreme Cour of Chechnya has sentenced the citizens of Ukraine Mykola Karpyuk and Stanislav Klykh, whom the jury found guilty of fighting on the side of the Chechens against the Russian government forces in 1990s, correspondent of Radio Liberty Anton Naumlyuk has twitted.

"Karpyuk was jailed for 22.5 years, Klykh - 20 years. Two Ukrainian hostages in Russia", he wrote.
