Post of Prosecutor General of Ukraine “does not interest me”, Zhebrivsky says

Governor of Donetsk region Pavlo Zhebrivsky has reiterated that he’s not interested in becoming next Prosecutor General of Ukraine, and President Petro Poroshenko hasn’t spoken with him on this topic, the governor wrote on his Facebook.
"Today, I was compelled to comment on the appointment of Prosecutor General to another news agency. Frankly, this office does not interest me. The president hasn’t discussed this issue with me. I believe he decided on the nominee, whom he will submit to the Rada," he stated.
Zhebrivsky has surmised that perhaps "someone seeks to drive a wedge between me and the nominee": "Their hope will bear no fruit", added the governor.
