Poroshenko, Biden discuss range of issues in latest telephone conversation

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko had a telephone conversation with U.S. Vice President Joseph Biden.

Both sides noted the importance of swift adoption of anti-corruption legislation by the Ukrainian Parliament that will facilitate the implementation of reforms, cooperation with the International Monetary Fund, and liberalization of a visa-free regime. Petro Poroshenko and Joseph Biden also coordinated their positions as to continue putting pressure on Russia in order that it will fulfill the Minsk agreements.
