Poroshenko: Success of NABU is the starting point on path to EU

Success of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau in tackling corruption campaign is the starting point for Ukraine’s success on the road to the European Union.
President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko to employees of the Office of Special Operations of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau at their oath taking ceremony, Ukrinform reports.
"In times of economic crisis the government officials and taxpayers are giving all their resources so that you will have an opportunity to effectively fulfill your functions. I am convinced that success of the NABU in eradicating corruption is the starting point for Ukraine’s success on its path towards the European Union, and in the near future just in two months - for visa-free regime with the EU," Poroshenko said.
He wished success to the NABU special forces in eliminating corruption - "the greatest evil that blocks our progress."
