Health Minister of Ukraine Alexander Kvitashvili has explained his decision to revoke the letter of resignation with the need to retain the government and carry out further reforms.
He said this to reporters during the briefing at the Ministry, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"This decision was made not to destroy the government, which worked together for a year. I think that it worked efficiently. The unity and the team should be retained not to fall under the pressure of different corrupt political influences," Kvitashvili said.
The Minister stressed that it was necessary now to pass the laws and to start building a sound health care system.
