Contact Group on Donbas begins talks in Minsk

A scheduled session of Trilateral Contact Group has begun on Wednesday in the capital of Belarus.
Ukraine representative Leonid Kuchma’s spokeswoman Darka Olifer wrote on Facebook.
"The participants of Trilateral Contact Group have started talks in Minsk," wrote Olifer.
Earlier, it was reported that at today's talks in Minsk the sides are planning to discuss the process of exchanging hostages, access of experts from Doctors without Borders international organization and experts of the ICRC to locations where Ukrainian hostages are kept and to prisoners who are in jails in the Donbas areas which are not controlled by Ukraine.
