There is no effective discussion about holding elections in Donbas with Russia.

Foreign Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin said this following the meeting with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Denmark Kristian Jensen in Brussels on Monday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"There is no effective discussion about the forthcoming elections as it does not refer to the elections. It refers to the content of the Russian Donbas, the destabilization in Donbas, and the destabilization of the whole of Ukraine," Ukrainian Foreign Minister stressed, noting that he is going to inform the foreign ministers of the EU countries on how the Ukrainian side is complying with its Minsk commitments.

Klimkin recalled about the daily attacks of the militants in Donbas, the armed threats against the OSCE monitors, restricted access of the monitors to the border with Russia and other territories in the region.

In turn, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Denmark Kristian Jensen stated that Ukraine had fulfilled the vast majority of the Minsk Agreements while Russia undermined the process.
