Ukrinform
On Friday, December 18, the European Commission adopted the sixth and last progress report on the implementation by Ukraine of its Visa Liberalisation Action Plan (VLAP).

This has been reported by the governmental portal.

The progress report highlights the significant headway made by Ukraine to meet the criteria for visa liberalization.

At the governmental session, Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk welcomed the decision of the European Commission and called it a result of the joint work.

"When we work together, we always succeed. It is the result of the work of the President of Ukraine, who was in Brussels. It is the result of the work of the Government, and it is the result of the work of the Ukrainian Parliament that despite all the difficulties supported the government's initiative and voted in favor of the necessary laws," he said.
