Tycoon Firtash’s representatives say he can arrive in Kyiv tomorrow
The press service of the Federation told Ukrinform responding to its question whether Firtash will be present in person or address via Skype.
"We anticipate his physical presence at the forum," a representative replied.
It is expected that, in addition to the Federation Council chairman’s speech, his deputies and the president of the Agency on modernizing Ukraine Michael Spindelegger will speak to the participants at the forum.
"President of the Employers Federation of Ukraine Dmytro Firtash is scheduled to close the congress," the event program states.
As a reminder, on November 29, the Interior Minister Arsen Avakov wrote on his Facebook page that should the U.S. Justice Department submit a corresponding request to detain Firtash the national police will arrest him immediately when he arrives in Kyiv.
