Judicial reform bill already submitted to Rada by President

President Petro Poroshenko has submitted to Rada a bill "On Amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine relating to justice."
The press service of the President reports.
"The Ukrainian society has long been waiting for these changes, so I ask legislators to carefully study the bill and conduct debates on it in accordance with the procedure as soon as possible so that we will have a renewed Constitution in terms of justice by the end of the winter and build a fair court system in accordance with the highest European standards in Ukraine," he said.
It is noted that passing the bill will contribute to implementing judicial reform and renewing of judiciary in compliance with the European standards, restoring public trust in the judiciary system, and ensuring the proper functioning of the General Prosecutor's Office, attorneys and the system of court ruling enforcement.
