Kuchma, OSCE representative discuss exchange of prisoners in "all for all" format

The representative of Ukraine in the talks on the conflict resolution in Donbass Leonid Kuchma discussed an exchange of prisoners in the "all for all" format with the coordinator of OSCE contact group Toni Frisch.
Kuchma’s press secretary Darka Olifer reported on her Facebook page.
"During their conversation participants of the talks discussed in detail all the components of humanitarian work by subgroups of Trilateral contact group. The key issues that are on the agenda of humanitarian subgroups include facilitation in exchange of prisoners in the "all for all" format as stipulated by Minsk II," the message says .
Other priority issues also listed the access of experts from the "Doctors without Borders" international organization to prisoners who are in prison in control of rebel-held Donbas zone and tuberculosis patients; access of experts of the International Committee of the Red Cross to detention centers where wounded Ukrainian hostages are kept.
