More than 500 persons served in one day at Stanytsia Luhanska new walk through checkpoint

The press service of the State Border Service of Ukraine reports.

"Servicemen of the Luhansk border patrol detachment at the checkpoint along with staff of fiscal agents oversee the traffic of people. Only those servicemen who have previously served at checkpoints work there. The peculiarity of its functioning is that only persons without vehicles can pass through it. The checkpoint is opened during the daytime," a statement said.

Checkpoints was built using more advanced technological blueprint that reduces the waiting time for people crossing in both directions. Workplace of border patrol servicemen has equipment for all types of control and appropriate conditions for serving duty.

Yesterday more than 500 persons were served at that checkpoint.
