President of Ukraine, Prime Minister of Kazakhstan discuss new Silk Road

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko started his official visit to Kazakhstan with a meeting with Prime Minister Karim Massimov.
It has been reported by the press service of the Head of State.
The parties exchanged experience in the implementation of reforms in their countries.
Petro Poroshenko and Karim Massimov discussed a series of infrastructure projects that may involve Ukrainian producers. In particular, projects in construction, mechanical engineering, oil and gas and agriculture industries.
The parties also discussed diversification of gas supply to Ukraine.
Special attention was paid to the broadening of transport infrastructure for the transportation of cargo from Asia to Europe across Kazakhstan and Ukraine. It goes about the project in the framework of the Silk Road Economic Belt along the route Western China - Western Europe.
