"Normandy Four" can meet by year-end - Foreign Ministry

Director of the Department for Policy and Communications of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry Oleksiy Makeyev admits the possibility of holding the next meeting of the leaders of Ukraine, Germany, France and Russia before the end of this year.
He said this in an interview with Espreso.TV.
"In Paris, the parties discussed the possibility of the next meeting. There was a preliminary agreement that the foreign ministers can assess the implementation of Minsk agreements in November, and the leaders of "Normandy format" can meet once again until the end of the year," he said.
