Nuland sees first steps of Moscow’s implementation of Minsk agreements

It took more than seven months for Russia and its backed separatists in Donbas to start implementing the provisions of the Minsk agreements.
Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Victoria Nuland said this in Washington, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.
"The Minsk agreements were signed in February, more than seven months ago. And only now, we see some real steps of implementation of one of three phases of the agreement." she said.
