World Bank allocates $560 mln for Ukrainian roads

Ukraine has signed a protocol on receiving from the World Bank the first part of the third tranche worth USD 560 million, which will be spent on construction of Poltava-Kharkiv highway.

The first deputy infrastructure minister wrote this on Facebook.

"On Friday, Ukraine signed the protocol on receiving USD 560 million from the World Bank (the first part of the third tranche) for the construction of Poltava-Kharkiv highway," he wrote.

According to the deputy infrastructure minister, now it is time for the World Bank to ratify this document.
