Groysman calls for state budget adoption as soon as possible

Verkhovna Rada Chairman Volodymyr Groysman has said the state budget of Ukraine for 2016 must be considered and approved as soon as possible.
The speaker said this at a conciliatory meeting in the parliament, Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“Today we understand that work on the state budget for 2016 must be completed as soon as possible, and thus, we must obtain certain numbers for local budgets so that local budgets be approved at proper time. This is of extreme importance within decentralization,” Groysman said.
According to the speaker, he charged budget committee and the finance ministry with drafting calendar plan of work on the state budget for 2016.
