Normandy leaders note inadmissibility of holding fake elections in Donbas

All parties to the negotiations had clearly and firmly underlined the inadmissibility of holding fake elections on October 18 and November 1.
President Petro Poroshenko said this after the meeting, the press service of the Head of State reported.
"We have reached a common position that under the Minsk agreements, elections should be held solely under the Ukrainian legislation; criteria of election process should meet the OSCE criteria; international observers, including those from the OSCE, should monitor the election process," Poroshenko said.
