"Normandy meeting" participants discuss humanitarian problems in Donbas

President Petro Poroshenko said this after the meeting, the press service of the Head of State reported.

"We are extremely concerned about non-admission of representatives of the United Nations, organization "Doctors Without Borders" and the International Committee of the Red Cross. This directly contradicts the Minsk agreements," the President noted.

In the course of the negotiations, the President clearly emphasized that the ICRC representatives must have an opportunity to deliver humanitarian aid, as well as unimpeded access to hostages illegally kept in the occupied territories.
