President: OSCE must have unimpeded access to all occupied territories

President Petro Poroshenko informed on the results of the meeting in the Normandy format in Paris.

The President informed that the agreement was reached on the beginning of the withdrawal of light weapons. "We are starting the withdrawal of light weapons. The procedure has been discussed and the withdrawal is to begin in a day," Poroshenko noted.
According to him, the withdrawal will last 41 days. The parties have defined phases of the withdrawal and intermediate verification in order to ensure the fulfillment of the given item.
"We've agreed to radically change the OSCE function. OSCE must have unimpeded access to all occupied territories, including Ukraine-Russia border. Nobody can obstruct the work of the OSCE observers," the President informed.
