KYIV, September 25 / Ukrinform./ “To implement the President's decree №549 / 2015 "On the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine dated September 2, 2015 'On the personal special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions) and on behalf of the Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk the state aviation agency of Ukraine has begun informing the Russian airlines that are listed under the sanctions that they will not be issued permits for flights to Ukrainian cities since the beginning of the winter schedule for 2015/2016 effective from October 25, 2015,” the press release by the infrastructure ministry stated.
