Ukraine already exported almost 54,000 tonnes of honey in 2017

Ukraine can set a new record for the export of honey in 2017, the Ukrainian Association of Honey Exporters and Processors wrote on Facebook.
“Experts estimated that according to the data provided by the State Fiscal Service and State Statistics Service, 53.7 thousand tonnes of honey worth $103.2 million were exported over the ten months of the current year. For comparison, these figures amounted to 57 thousand tonnes or $ 97.3 million over the whole 2016,” reads the report.
The association added that the United States, Germany, and Poland remained the largest importers of Ukrainian honey.
