Government fully supports establishment of industrial parks in Ukraine - Groysman

This was stated by Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman during the Second International Trade and Industry Conference "FTAs: Opportunities and Challenges for Ukraine and Partners" on Friday, Government’s portal reported.

"We are fully supportive of the creation of industrial parks. I'd prefer that by the level of business climate the whole country was an industrial park," Groysman said.

"I believe that establishment of a real mechanism that will give way for new jobs and a new product in Ukraine is the topmost priority for our state. Therefore, we support and will prolong our support [for the creation of industrial parks]," the Prime Minister stressed.

He noted that certain politicians were trying to prevent the adoption of this law and criticizing this idea. "It’s because they just want our strong industrial policy to fail or for some other reason," the Prime Minister suggested.
